Tried the head to toe package and it was amazing! My therapist (Lisa) was very skilled and delivered an amazing massage. Absolutely loved it. The facial was relaxing as well - it came with a mini head massage. Their staff work at both Sakura and Sensu Spa (5 mins away from Sakura) so be sure to check both venues when booking. I look forward to my next appointment!

This was my second time visiting the Sakura Lounge and I definitely was NOT disappointed. This time I purchased the Geisha package as a gift and I shared this with a friend. There was an initial hiccup with our room, but this was swiftly rectified as soon as it was raised and the time was made up at the end. The staff were kind about it and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The place is clean, well managed and relaxing and the staff are lovely and so professional. I wish I lived closer so I could come more often. I would highly recommend Sakura Lounge and their packages make a wonderful gift!

The staff made me feel very comfortable during the entire time I was there. My feet / face / hot rock body massages felt wonderful as the staff were so caring and gentle. It was so therapeutic both physically & mentally, a heavenly 2.5 hours.

Arty location which we loved. We had the Couples Onsen & Shiatsu Ritual (2.0hr) - amazing! Started with a hot, relaxing spa…Japanese tea, then a beautiful massage. Found it difficult to leave as we were so relaxed!

I was given a gift voucher for a 2 hour pamper package. It included a foot masssge & scrub, a relaxing massage & a facial. The whole treatment was tailored to what I needed & was a wonderful experience. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I’ve now been to Sakura Lounge twice for their 3.5 hour massage treatment package, and both experiences were absolutely outstanding. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and beautifully set up to help you completely unwind. The treatment itself is incredibly thorough and thoughtfully paced you never feel rushed, and every part of the experience feels intentional and luxurious. Natasha was exceptional. Her technique, pressure control, and attention to detail were spot on. She intuitively knew exactly where tension needed to be worked out and maintained a professional, calming presence throughout. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill and genuine care so seamlessly. By the end of the session, I felt completely reset relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably less tense. The 3.5-hour package is truly worth it if you’re looking for a full mind and body reset.

Our experience at Sakura Lounge was fantastic! We went as a group of five on a hens weekend, and the staff were so kind and accommodating to all our different requirements. Absolutely could not recommend more highly, and we will be sure to return next time we are in the city. Thank you Sakura team!
